Called Stuart Services to assess damage to my tankless hot water heater after a lightening strike. Stuart Services dispatched a technician within 2 hours. Communication was great. Josh arrived promptly and got to work. He did an initial assessment and needed to do a deeper dive. Josh was extremely professional and helpful. He was able to diagnose the issue with my hot water heater. Highly recommend.

Matt is the kindest, most professional serviceman I’ve ever had in my home. He was so knowledgeable and helpful.
