Saturday morning, hot June day , my AC goes out. I call Stewart Services for emergency call. I get a call from the tech ,Malik, who says he can be there in 9 minutes. 9 MINUTES! He did it. I explained the problem and he knew exactly how to fix it. A problem with the drain line. 20 minutes later, it’s all fixed. Couldn’t have gone any smoother. Thank you ,Malik. Thank you Stuart Services.

I had a lot of work that needed to be done today and, as always, Stuart Services delivered. I’m really grateful to all the guys that were here today. My main takeaway after today’s visit is that these guys actually show up when they say they are going to and they get things done the RIGHT way. Huge thanks, guys! Also, thanks to the people at the office who answer the phone and schedule the appointments. Things always go smoothly with this company and I am very appreciative of that.

Consistency and honesty are the trends with Stuart Services. Today, my service technician was Malik. As with all of my prior experiences, Malik delivered professional and conscientious service, always focused on minimizing the cost of repairs. One of the fears homeowners have when having a service call to the home for a repair on equipment that they are not familiar with is being taken advantage of. I have never had an encounter with any Stuart Service technician that I felt was not honest and was not in my best interest. Malik quickly isolated the issue, repaired the faulty equipment and did his best to minimize my cost. Top notch technician and top notch Company. I will continue to use Stuart Services for all of my HVAC, plumbing and electrical service needs and highly, highly recommend them. Thank you again!

Knowledgeable and professional

So, I don’t have an exact category to use that fits what we just got done, but we had a full HVAC overhaul/replacement and first of all, it’s incredible. Second, the Stuart team has been nothing short of amazing in every sense of the word. Insanely professional, amazingly knowledgeable, and literally the nicest people you’ll ever meet. We’ve had multiple HVAC, electric & plumbing issues over the years, and this team not only addressed each of those, but went above and beyond to do extra tests and double-check things that weren’t even part of the original quote.

The Stuart team has given us so much peace of mind about everything they’ve worked on and we’re pumped to be part of the family 😄

Bryan and Luke did an outstanding job. Very friendly and very considerate. Explained everything to be done and asked before having to move or change something. Explained how everything worked. Outstanding professionalism.

Great service came to do regular check up but found a little problem and took care of it right away.

The “Bry-Guy” Bryan himself and Jack “Attack” helped install our new water heater. They were upstairs in our attic in very intense heat for the majority of the day, and went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with their work at the end and we really appreciated it. We are very happy with the finished product and can’t recommend them enough!

Ed was absolutely amazing to work with. He was extremely patient, walked me through every option, and made sure I understood everything along the way. Could not recommend him enough, seriously, give this guy a raise.

The service tech was very nice and personable. He was a pleasure. He found and diagnosed the issues promptly. Then he explained them, including showing me how to address one of the issues myself should it reoccur. He gave in depth advice on the second issue, what was needed and pricing, as well as a time frame to get it done. I would definitely recommend him!
