We were concerned that we may have had an issue with our a/c after a power surge. Matt arrived less than 2 hours after our call. He did a complete evaluation of our unit, explained what happened and assured us that the problem would correct itself, which it did. William, the serviceman on the initial call, was extremely knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem and created an estimate of what was needed to solve the problem. The two servicemen really knew what they were doing and quickly Installed the tankless water heater. The installation involved connections to the hot and cold water plumbing as well as connections to electrical and natural gas sources. The installation looks very professional. I am completely satisfied with the services of Stuart.

Water was coming up from the drains and filling both lavatories in the master bath. I was having to bail water to keep them from overflowing. The recent visit to service our tankless water heater was done successfully and expeditiously; both technicians were polite and quite knowledgeable. My only remorse was in the service fee: instead of a typical service fee, we were charged $324 because of the arctic frost conditions! Whereas I can understand that, it would seem that as a monthly contract customer of long duration for your many services provided, I could have been charged a standard fee vice the inflated seasonal, opportunistic increase.
