Technicians were able to come out on an emergency call. Were very friendly and made the bad situation caused by a truck knocking out my power line surprisingly enjoyable.

I have been having multiple electrical issues since Hurricane Ida. I made an appointment with Stuart Services. Before the appointed time, Stuart Services called to say the electrician was on the way. Jimmy Vignes arrived on time both days. Listened to what was happening in the house. Did careful diagnostic work. Explained, as well as showed me, what the problems were. Gave me options for repairing the problems. Was happy to speak to a family friend I called and explained the problems and the options to my friend. Clearly explained the costs involved so I would have no surprises. Went straight to work. When he was done he showed me everything that had been done and how everything was working. Answered all my questions.

I had more work done the next day in the garage. When I told Jimmy what end result I was looking for he was able to give me different options and explained each one in terms I could completely understand. I felt comfortable with my choice.

Steven Spires of Stuart Services did an amazing job when he came to change out an electrical wall outlet/circuit. He was professional, friendly and thoroughly explained what he needed to do to maintain a safe electrical environment. Steven went ABOVE and BEYOND a "normal task" when we unexpectedly could not access the front or back doors due to settling. Steven, with my full permission, crawled through a window so he could open one of the doors and proceed to do the task. I highly recommend Steven!

Ed B. Was very knowledgeable, and focused on the problem I called him out for. He didn’t try to upsell me on additional electrical issues around my house. He was also very transparent with costs before proceeding with work. He suspected my electrical issue was stemming from damaged underground wiring. Once he got to work, he took the time to show me that the wiring was indeed damaged. It made me feel so much more secure about having the work done so that I didn’t feel like I was wasting money fixing the wrong problem!
