Stuart repaired my Mitsubishi mini split and did an excellent job. Kyle was very methodical in his approach to find the issue. It gave him a challenge but between Mitsubishi Tech support and Kyle the found the issue. Mitsubishi tech support was baffled by the problem too. Good news they were able to fix the problem. Stuart is a great company to do business with and with techs such as Kyle, I’ll use them again.

Quick and effective service!

Josh arrived on time. Was pleasant and capped the gas line to an outside lamppost efficiently.

Adam was on time, pleasant, thorough and performative. He represents Stuart Services very well. Adam explain what was causing the GFI to be tripped and gave us tips on what to watch for. He also gave us options on running power to a back shed. Our neighbor, Mike B, was here and got to meet him. Mike was impressed. We referred Mike to Stuart. His appointment is sometime next week. We told Mike about the HERO Program.

He knew exactly what the problem was and repaired it expediently. He even brought in my package.

Nick arrived promptly after I made a same day appointment to have a faucet in my yard repaired. He took the time to explain what was wrong and suggested the appropriate measures to resolve my problem.

He also answered other plumbing questions I had unrelated to the faucet I had him come to replace. Nick was friendly and professional throughout the entire appointment.

Malik was here early and got the job done quickly.

I own a Bed & Breakfast (NOT STR or AirBnB) a real BnB. The last guests mentioned the shower water was cold? I checked and they were right. Called Stuart Services in the about noon on Monday. They came by that afternoon about 4:00 and told me I needed a new water heater (It had been there for 20 years). They said they could come in the next morning and install a new one. I needed this done quickly, because I had guests checking in a day later. Tuesday morning they came by and installed a new one, and were done by 10:00 am. I have used them before and will use them again...

He was transparent about what he would do to assess, clear about what options there would be to solve things and what the cost would be, and was very punctual and professional. Today William P came out to do a plumbing inspection. William found a leak in the front yard and explained how he would get the material needed and come back with another plumber to fix the leak. William asked if we had any questions or problems and we said no. He is very respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend Stuart Services to everyone. I recently experienced a intermittent issue with my a/c system. This had me scheduling many service calls to Stuart. Instead of becoming frustrated with my frequent calls and chasing a ghost issue they treated me with understanding and respect. The technicians would collaborate with phone calls trying different solutions to fix the problem. The last technician out was Mike D., who despite having been out previously, came in with another possible solution. He performed his work and my a/c has been running for 48 hours without a hiccup. Consistency and honesty are the trends with Stuart Services. Today, my service technician was Malik. As with all of my prior experiences, Malik delivered professional and conscientious service, always focused on minimizing the cost of repairs. One of the fears homeowners have when having a service call to the home for a repair on equipment that they are not familiar with is being taken advantage of. I have never had an encounter with any Stuart Service technician that I felt was not honest and was not in my best interest. Malik quickly isolated the issue, repaired the faulty equipment and did his best to minimize my cost. Top notch technician and top notch Company. So, I don’t have an exact category to use that fits what we just got done, but we had a full HVAC overhaul/replacement and first of all, it’s incredible. Second, the Stuart team has been nothing short of amazing in every sense of the word. Insanely professional, amazingly knowledgeable, and literally the nicest people you’ll ever meet. We’ve had multiple HVAC, electric & plumbing issues over the years, and this team not only addressed each of those, but went above and beyond to do extra tests and double-check things that weren’t even part of the original quote.

Kyle T has unparalleled knowledge of AC systems. He came out in the evening to address my problem and the next am. He explained everything to me as he went along, as I had a new condenser installed by Stuart not long ago, and I was disappointed that it wasn't working properly already. He defined the problems in the condenser and thermostat and got things in working order. Obviously everything was covered under warranty.

Malik took the time to explain all of our options. He was professional and very courteous.

A/C REVIEW Chris Clark arrived at my house on time for the semi-annual servicing of my 3 air-conditioning units. He explained the work he would be doing and provided very thorough and competent information about the work he was performing. Chris also gave me updates on each air-conditioning unit as he completed the maintenance. I would highly recommend Chris Clark for anyone needing air conditioning service.

My AC decided to stop working so I decided to troubleshoot it with AI. After some time, it identified a couple of possible issues that required the expertise of a certified AC technician. After reading some reviews on Google, I chose Stuart Services based on the reviews that highlighted their honesty and professionalism. So they sent out Kyle the same day. Stuart called me when Kyle was 30 minutes out and he arrived on time. Once Kyle heard me explain the problems the AC unit was exhibiting, he immediately gave me his thoughts on what it could be and started running tests on the system. Within 10-15 minutes, he was able to accurately diagnose the problem, provided me a fair estimate on the repair, and set up an appointment for the next morning to finish the repair that was going to take several hours. The next morning he showed up on schedule and commenced to change out the coolant filter and coolant. He also moved the filter to a place where it would be more easily accessible for future service. The cost was exactly as estimated and fixed the AC unit completely. On top of knowing his AC craft inside and out, Kyle was a nice person. He allowed me to watch him conduct the tests and explained exactly what he was doing and why. His professionalism was impressive and left me feeling confident the problem was resolved for good and that I had a wonderful company to call if I needed any future help with my AC. Kyle explained that Stuart Services offers a maintenance package for my AC units that appeared to be extremely affordable. He also pointed out that Stuart Services also offers other repair services such as plumbing and electrical. Good to know for those of us that have these issues arise time to time. Electrical inspection

I had a power outage during a storm this afternoon. When the power came back on I had a tripped breaker that wouldn't reset. I called Stuart and they send a technician out within an hour and a half. He replaced my breaker in about 15 min. Bravo!

same-day A/C repair - and it was under warranty!

I’m very pleased with the work done installing a new AC system. There was a minor issue with the thermostat, but Malik responded immediately the following morning to fix the issue. Malik and the rest of the crew performed very well and installed the entire system in one day, something I didn’t think possible. I’m happy to give Malik and the crew five stars for the job well done. I will certainly contact Stuart Services again when i need work done.

They were able to come out to me as a new customer within 5 days. I was impressed because I called Surgi's A/C same day and they weren't able to come out until June 22 (42 days lol). Zach was perfection. He explained everything in detail, gave helpful tips, and was more thorough than my previous A/C company (A.J. Christina) used to be. They'd do a maintenance checkup on 10 minutes. Zach was here for over an hour, ensuring everything was inspected. I don't want to en "that guy" but I'm going to ask for Zach every 6 months I'm due for a check-up. 🏆
