Jordan and Matthew expertly triaged the generator Speed Sensor I/P Lost error and performed meticulous mechanical repairs to it, closely monitoring gap settings for the valves and plugs. When the work was completed, it was running just as smoothly as factory delivery. They are both very knowledgeable and quite personable young men that obviously take a lot of pride in their work and their company reputation. Stuart’s hired two fine young gentlemen in Jordan and Matthew. This is not my first experience with Matthew. He did one hell of a job troubleshooting the generator a few years ago and found the issue was with Entergy’s connection to my house which could have sparked a fire if winds had been strong enough. Thanks to his knowledge in that case, crisis was averted.

April 2026 Annual Maintenance
Ed is a master at his craft. His knowledge of my generator is unmatched. He is very personable and provides recommendations in a respectful manner for the home owner: Meaning he gives you an honest assessment and doesn’t fear monger a customer with dialogue making it sound like the house will collapse if you don’t get this service immediately like some companies do. He’s simply genuine about the situation and gives valuable advice. He’s very friendly and I enjoy having Ed come to service my generator for annual maintenance.
Alexis in dispatch was very friendly and communicated with me well regarding when Ed would be expected to arrive.

Unfortunately this review for Ed has overwritten my previous review for Matthew from 2 years ago. The link for reviewing this service was connected to my previous Google review for Matthew and I couldn’t exit that review and wound up overwriting it. Nevertheless that was also a positive experience with Matthew a couple of years ago when he did a fantastic job locating an issue with where the power line from the street which connects at the gooseneck pipe on the roof had a weak connection causing electrical shorts coming into the house. Those shorts could have sparked a fire and required emergency services by Entergy as it was their equipment that was failing. I’m thankful Matthew took the time and cared enough to keep troubleshooting all possible issues to find the weak connections of electrical energy coming into the house. He likely saved my house from catching fire at a later time.
