He worked quickly and thoroughly. Justin went the extra mile and cleaned up more than needed. He left my bathroom cleaner than it was when he arrived. Fantastic tech! Quick, easy, polite and didn’t overcharge….gave me all the options in people friendly language (not tech language) and worked quickly to fix system.

They were able to come out to me as a new customer within 5 days. I was impressed because I called Surgi's A/C same day and they weren't able to come out until June 22 (42 days lol).

Zach was perfection. He explained everything in detail, gave helpful tips, and was more thorough than my previous A/C company (A.J. Christina) used to be. They'd do a maintenance checkup on 10 minutes. Zach was here for over an hour, ensuring everything was inspected.

I don't want to en "that guy" but I'm going to ask for Zach every 6 months I'm due for a check-up. 🏆

October 2026 update: Matt came out for my bi-annual check-up on my heater. Not only is the guy a super outgoing, he is also wealth of knowledge. He was very patient in explaining any concerns or issues, and well as helpful tips for preventive measures on the upstairs furnace.

100% going to be "that customer" in asking for Matt or Zach next time 👏🏻✨
