I had a great experience with Suart Service. Alexis was right on time, very cooperative, and respectful of my schedule, which I really appreciated. Malik, the technician, was knowledgeable and thorough. Even though the repair is a bigger project and still in progress, he took time to diagnose the issue carefully and explain reasonable options. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their professionalism and service.

Stuart Services maintenance work on my tankless water heaters was perfect. The tech was neat, clean and professional. He was respectful of my home, me and my pets. He was very polite and worked efficiently !

My service technician Mike D. did an excellent job. He was very thorough with everything and took his time explaining everything to me once he was done, and made certain everything was working perfectly before he left. I explained exactly what I thought the issue was, and showed him video I had taken. Once he was done he took his time explaining everything to me, making sure I understood. He gave me instructions on what to do if the problem reoccurs. I appreciate his thoroughness and the time he took to explain it all. I would definitely recommend Mr. Mike D. and Stuart Services.

Bob did an excellent job of hooking up my dryer. The connections needed to be changed out and he did a great job.

Both Justin & Billy did a great job communicating the entire process and explained every step of the install. Explained the tubing (Uponor) , the copper bends, plastic fixtures that were contained in the AquaSana kit. Also, Justin blessed us with a coloring book ! Professional team members.
