Malik is incredibly professional, calm, and friendly. He has a naturally positive demeanor, which made a huge difference when delivering some not-so-great news about the cost of the repairs. Instead of just dropping a big number, he took the time to explain the inner mechanics of the system so I actually understood what went wrong. He laid out exactly what to expect down the line, giving me multiple scenarios and options to choose from. His transparency and guidance completely put me at ease.
On top of his fantastic customer service, his work ethic is unmatched. He didn’t hesitate for a second to climb a 12-foot ladder and hoist himself another 4 feet directly into the attic entrance. Most past technicians have been visibly deterred by the height and accessibility of my attic, but Malik jumped right up there with absolutely no problem. It was seriously impressive and a little scary to watch.
