He explained everything to me as he went along, as I had a new condenser installed by Stuart not long ago, and I was disappointed that it wasn't working properly already. A/C REVIEW Chris Clark arrived at my house on time for the semi-annual servicing of my 3 air-conditioning units. He explained the work he would be doing and provided very thorough and competent information about the work he was performing. Malik and Luke when above and beyond to fix my a/c, they were outside in the rain with umbrellas fixing it, very impressed.

My AC decided to stop working so I decided to troubleshoot it with AI. After some time, it identified a couple of possible issues that required the expertise of a certified AC technician. After reading some reviews on Google, I chose Stuart Services based on the reviews that highlighted their honesty and professionalism. So they sent out Kyle the same day. Stuart called me when Kyle was 30 minutes out and he arrived on time. Once Kyle heard me explain the problems the AC unit was exhibiting, he immediately gave me his thoughts on what it could be and started running tests on the system. Within 10-15 minutes, he was able to accurately diagnose the problem, provided me a fair estimate on the repair, and set up an appointment for the next morning to finish the repair that was going to take several hours. The next morning he showed up on schedule and commenced to change out the coolant filter and coolant. He also moved the filter to a place where it would be more easily accessible for future service. The cost was exactly as estimated and fixed the AC unit completely. On top of knowing his AC craft inside and out, Kyle was a nice person. He allowed me to watch him conduct the tests and explained exactly what he was doing and why. His professionalism was impressive and left me feeling confident the problem was resolved for good and that I had a wonderful company to call if I needed any future help with my AC. Kyle explained that Stuart Services offers a maintenance package for my AC units that appeared to be extremely affordable. He also pointed out that Stuart Services also offers other repair services such as plumbing and electrical. Good to know for those of us that have these issues arise time to time. Anyways, I wanted to pay it forward with Google reviews since it really helped me out when I was looking for help with my AC. I highly recommend this company and especially Kyle!

Electrical inspection

I had a power outage during a storm this afternoon. When the power came back on I had a tripped breaker that wouldn't reset. I called Stuart and they send a technician out within an hour and a half. He replaced my breaker in about 15 min. Bravo!

same-day A/C repair - and it was under warranty!

I’m very pleased with the work done installing a new AC system. There was a minor issue with the thermostat, but Malik responded immediately the following morning to fix the issue. Malik and the rest of the crew performed very well and installed the entire system in one day, something I didn’t think possible. I’m happy to give Malik and the crew five stars for the job well done. I will certainly contact Stuart Services again when i need work done.

They were able to come out to me as a new customer within 5 days. I was impressed because I called Surgi's A/C same day and they weren't able to come out until June 22 (42 days lol). Zach was perfection. He explained everything in detail, gave helpful tips, and was more thorough than my previous A/C company (A.J. Christina) used to be. They'd do a maintenance checkup on 10 minutes. Zach was here for over an hour, ensuring everything was inspected. I don't want to en "that guy" but I'm going to ask for Zach every 6 months I'm due for a check-up. 🏆

As always, another Hero program inspection that was superb by Scott the plumber! I certainly appreciate Stuart Services being professional with booking, arrival time, communication & their qualified “technicians” - Matt did a thorough check on our HVAC System. I was able to see receive photos of the condition and a price estimate quote on what needed to be repaired. I thoroughly appreciated this in a quick timely manner on the service call. The work was performed on Sept 29,2025. Plumbing done by Scott & Justin, a great team working together to complete & cleanup for an installation on a tankless water heater to an aged out heater of 20yrs old. Chris & Zack, another great team tore down the original 1968 system to install a new HVAC system. Ed the electrician installed two outdoor flood lights with motion dectors to replace the old ones from the 70’s as well as doing the electrical for the tankless water heater. I am thrilled to rely on and have Stuart Services update these much needed features for our house with great pricing & customer service -Thank you so much!!

Only reason I gave an 8 instead of a 10 to the company had nothing to do with Josh -his work was a 10. I was mostly frustrated with the findings of the hvac guy Juan that I greatly appreciated but should have been addressed by earlier inspections by the company Juan did hvac repairs and he was also very good and found issues that should have been resolved previously on visits made by other hvac personnel

The recent visit to service our tankless water heater was done successfully and expeditiously; both technicians were polite and quite knowledgeable. My only remorse was in the service fee: instead of a typical service fee, we were charged $324 because of the arctic frost conditions! Whereas I can understand that, it would seem that as a monthly contract customer of long duration for your many services provided, I could have been charged a standard fee vice the inflated seasonal, opportunistic increase.

This was the best electrical experience I’ve ever had. The funny thing is they were great the last time they came to my home. I had a great experience with Stuart Services, especially Bob and his assistant. I reached out for a same-day issue related to a SWBNO backflow notice, and they were able to come out quickly, which was a huge relief. Bob took the time to clearly explain what a backflow device is, what the city requires, and what my actual options were. I never felt rushed or pressured, and he helped me make a decision that made sense for my situation rather than recommending unnecessary work. One thing I especially appreciated was that he advised me to keep part of the existing system in place, which could save me around $1,200 if I ever decide to reconnect irrigation in the future. That kind of honesty and foresight really stood out. He and his assistant also showed me how to access and shut off my main water line—something I hadn’t known before and feel much more confident about now. Their minimum service charge was explained upfront, and for the responsiveness, clarity, and overall service, I felt it was fair. Professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind. I would absolutely recommend Stuart Services and Bob in particular.

Today Zachary P. came out to check our air and heat and to do maintenance on it. He was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do and asked if we had any questions. While he was here, he closed up the opening from the intake to the attic and he sealed in all the gaps for better efficiency. After, he showed us pictures of the before and after work, he asked us again if we had any questions or concerns. He did a great job.

Man listen! Bob T. is that dude! It’s one thing to send out a technician who fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. But sending a technician with amazing energy and customer service is different these days. I enjoyed our chat and would recommend both he and Alicia to anybody in need of service. Eveything was seamless, from the moment I called, the information given, the time frame, the 30 minute call prior to arrival. Yall really got it going on over there. Now I hope I never have another gas leak cause ewwww but if I do. I’ll call Stuart’s and request Bob T!

He was kind enough to tell me about a plan where I receive plumbing and electrical checks a couple times per year. I signed up because I was so impressed by the company. Jimmy was professional and friendly Service is reasonably priced considering they’re fixing what the homeowner screwed up. I would use them again. I was impressed the way I received a phone call the next morning after simply calling and getting the after hours service the evening before (I just told them that I would call the next day and didn’t leave a message).

Scott was very friendly and professional. He quickly identified the problem and demonstrated the fix. Scott offered us options for repairs and upgrades without aggressively preferring the more expensive options, but with honest comparisons.

4-14-26 Josh completed an inspection of my plumbing, waterless tan and filter for my waterless tank. He was so thorough and educated me on how my waterless tank filter is providing me with healthy and safe water. He inspected all the plumbing in my house and provided me with a great report. I love Stuart Services and very grateful to them. I have the Hero Plan and they also inspect my electrical and AC/ heater annually. They are very prompt and care! Bob the plumber; Lee & Clark came out to complete the HVAC inspection and Jimmy V for electrical inspection of The HERO program I purchased. They were very thorough and explained everything to me. I purchased The HERO Program for my newly constructed home to maintain it properly. They provided important instructions for me to maintain my equipment. I honestly have to say - a real honest review from a paid customer not receiving any benefits - they all went above and beyond the call!! They were friendly professional and willing to make sure I knew what was happened every step of the inspection I really appreciated them and the entire Team. I feel reassured my equipment is installed correctly and will run efficiently in the future. Again a big thanks to the entire team. Every set of professionals that came to my home yesterday had badges and were in company vans and very knowledgeable.

Ed is a master at his craft. His knowledge of my generator is unmatched. He is very personable and provides recommendations in a respectful manner for the home owner: Meaning he gives you an honest assessment and doesn’t fear monger a customer with dialogue making it sound like the house will collapse if you don’t get this service immediately like some companies do. He’s simply genuine about the situation and gives valuable advice. He’s very friendly and I enjoy having Ed come to service my generator for annual maintenance. Alexis in dispatch was very friendly and communicated with me well regarding when Ed would be expected to arrive. Unfortunately this review for Ed has overwritten my previous review for Matthew from 2 years ago. The link for reviewing this service was connected to my previous Google review for Matthew and I couldn’t exit that review and wound up overwriting it. Nevertheless that was also a positive experience with Matthew a couple of years ago when he did a fantastic job locating an issue with where the power line from the street which connects at the gooseneck pipe on the roof had a weak connection causing electrical shorts coming into the house. Those shorts could have sparked a fire and required emergency services by Entergy as it was their equipment that was failing. I’m thankful Matthew took the time and cared enough to keep troubleshooting all possible issues to find the weak connections of electrical energy coming into the house. He likely saved my house from catching fire at a later time.

These guys are so great. They fully replaced our HVAC system in a day and they did it well. They came well prepared and fully completed the job as promised.
