Matt was very thorough (not to say relentless—in the best of ways!) in investigating my ancient heating and cooling system, and VERY thorough in determining present performance and problems looming on the horizon. He explained my options and costs thoroughly and why he would recommend various choices.
Then, as he was almost ready to leave, I happened to mention to him i had just been washing dishes, and that I was frustrated that I seemed to get no hot water from any of my faucets. He explained that he wasnot certified in hotwater heater repair but had just fixed a problem with his own, and asked if I would like him to have a look at my hot water heater gratis while he was here. Sure enough, he found that the temperture option was set very low and asked if I would like him to adjust it, which I gladly accepted. 4-14-26 Josh completed an inspection of my plumbing, waterless tan and filter for my waterless tank. He was so thorough and educated me on how my waterless tank filter is providing me with healthy and safe water. He inspected all the plumbing in my house and provided me with a great report. They were able to come out to me as a new customer within 5 days. I was impressed because I called Surgi's A/C same day and they weren't able to come out until June 22 (42 days lol).

Zach was perfection. He explained everything in detail, gave helpful tips, and was more thorough than my previous A/C company (A.J. Christina) used to be. They'd do a maintenance checkup on 10 minutes. Zach was here for over an hour, ensuring everything was inspected.

I don't want to en "that guy" but I'm going to ask for Zach every 6 months I'm due for a check-up. 🏆

October 2026 update: Matt came out for my bi-annual check-up on my heater. Not only is the guy a super outgoing, he is also wealth of knowledge. He was very patient in explaining any concerns or issues, and well as helpful tips for preventive measures on the upstairs furnace.

I have been having multiple electrical issues since Hurricane Ida. I made an appointment with Stuart Services. Before the appointed time, Stuart Services called to say the electrician was on the way. Jimmy Vignes arrived on time both days. Listened to what was happening in the house. Did careful diagnostic work. Explained, as well as showed me, what the problems were. Gave me options for repairing the problems. Was happy to speak to a family friend I called and explained the problems and the options to my friend. Clearly explained the costs involved so I would have no surprises. Went straight to work. When he was done he showed me everything that had been done and how everything was working. Answered all my questions.

I had more work done the next day in the garage. When I told Jimmy what end result I was looking for he was able to give me different options and explained each one in terms I could completely understand. I felt comfortable with my choice.

Update: 25-26 August 2026
Jordan and Matthew expertly triaged the generator Speed Sensor I/P Lost error and performed meticulous mechanical repairs to it, closely monitoring gap settings for the valves and plugs. When the work was completed, it was running just as smoothly as factory delivery. They are both very knowledgeable and quite personable young men that obviously take a lot of pride in their work and their company reputation. Stuart’s hired two fine young gentlemen in Jordan and Matthew. This is not my first experience with Matthew. He did one hell of a job troubleshooting the generator a few years ago and found the issue was with Entergy’s connection to my house which could have sparked a fire if winds had been strong enough. Thanks to his knowledge in that case, crisis was averted.

He is very personable and provides recommendations in a respectful manner for the home owner: Meaning he gives you an honest assessment and doesn’t fear monger a customer with dialogue making it sound like the house will collapse if you don’t get this service immediately like some companies do. He’s simply genuine about the situation and gives valuable advice. He’s very friendly and I enjoy having Ed come to service my generator for annual maintenance.

Unfortunately this review for Ed has overwritten my previous review for Matthew from 2 years ago. The link for reviewing this service was connected to my previous Google review for Matthew and I couldn’t exit that review and wound up overwriting it. Nevertheless that was also a positive experience with Matthew a couple of years ago when he did a fantastic job locating an issue with where the power line from the street which connects at the gooseneck pipe on the roof had a weak connection causing electrical shorts coming into the house. Those shorts could have sparked a fire and required emergency services by Entergy as it was their equipment that was failing. I’m thankful Matthew took the time and cared enough to keep troubleshooting all possible issues to find the weak connections of electrical energy coming into the house. He likely saved my house from catching fire at a later time.

Ed is wonderful! Polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I do think the price was on the high end but he came right away and fixed some unexpected things that came up during my kitchen renovation. Would recommend him and Stuart Services for their electrical work!

My service technician Mike D. did an excellent job. He was very thorough with everything and took his time explaining everything to me once he was done, and made certain everything was working perfectly before he left. I explained exactly what I thought the issue was, and showed him video I had taken. Once he was done he took his time explaining everything to me, making sure I understood. He gave me instructions on what to do if the problem reoccurs. I appreciate his thoroughness and the time he took to explain it all. I would definitely recommend Mr. Mike D. and Stuart Services.

Called Stuart Services to assess damage to my tankless hot water heater after a lightening strike. Stuart Services dispatched a technician within 2 hours. Communication was great. Josh arrived promptly and got to work. He did an initial assessment and needed to do a deeper dive. Josh was extremely professional and helpful. He was able to diagnose the issue with my hot water heater. Highly recommend.

Matt is the kindest, most professional serviceman I’ve ever had in my home. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. I called Stuart Services and Adam A. came out to check the house. I lost power and not everything was working. In less than an hour everything was back to normal. I was glad Stuart Services was there to solve the problem. It was a very hot day but Stuart Services saved the day.
