We had another excellent experience with William from Steuart Plumbing! One of our bathrooms wasn’t getting hot water, and William quickly figured out the problem and got the water nice and hot again. While he was here, he also noticed that our tub was draining very slowly. He snaked the drain and had that problem fixed in no time too.

William is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He even took the time to give my granddaughter a coloring book, which was such a thoughtful and kind gesture!

This is actually our second great experience with William. Last year, our master bathroom backed up and we had water everywhere. William came out, took care of the problem, and it has not backed up once since.

We have several recurring services with Stuart Services because they are the best at what they do and have amazing costumer service. I am always so grateful about them being on top of things and calling to schedule our annual inspections because otherwise I would forget.
We had Charles come and do our electrical inspection this morning as well as Dominic for AC and Justin do our plumbing. They were all very detailed in checking everything and explaining everything. One thing I love about them is that I never feel like they are trying to just come here to get that over with. Charles was super knowledgeable, friendly and answered every single question I had. I later had the exact same positive experience with Justin and Dominic. On top of that they saw that we had kids and even came back with coloring books for all of them! I know this wasn’t necessary but it was definitely a nice touch and makes you feel like your business is appreciated. We also got some useful magnets. I honestly feel our home is in the best hands with this company and I’m sure I will request Charles, Dominic and Justin for either our next inspection or whatever issue that might rise.

Bob was great and I would trust him with any plumbing issue in my home. He diagnosed and identified an elusive leak within ten minutes and had an easy fix. We were worried we’d have to cut into our walls to even find the problem.

He then asked about any other issues we might be having, offered up some quick maintenance advice that we could take care of ourselves, and was great with our dog.

Stuart Services had previously done work that was to prevent the our current situation. Chris and Ethan were not the technicians on the prior job, although I wish they had been.
It seems to me on big jobs , there should be a follow-up by a supervisor or experienced employee with additional training in a specific area to ensure the work is done correctly.
Chris and his team were great to work with and saw our situation as priority work. Chris answered our questions and was considerate of leaving our house clean. Chris also is a source of knowledge for the technician who was working with him. Also being sure the young man was staying hydrated and able to cool off as he was working in our attic on a very hot July day.

August 2026 - Matt B came to do the much delayed inspection. With the heat this summer, my 19 year old condenser has been going nonstop. On Oct. 1, 2024, Bryan and Zach came to install a water heater after Scott had the initial meeting with me to help me through the financing process. Everyone was super professional.

Stuart Services had previously done work that was to prevent the our current situation. Chris and Ethan were not the technicians on the prior job, although I wish they had been.
It seems to me on big jobs , there should be a follow-up by a supervisor or experienced employee with additional training in a specific area to ensure the work is done correctly.
Chris and his team were great to work with and saw our situation as priority work. Chris answered our questions and was considerate of leaving our house clean. Chris also is a source of knowledge for the technician who was working with him. Also being sure the young man was staying hydrated and able to cool off as he was working in our attic on a very hot July day.

He did a complete evaluation of our unit, explained what happened and assured us that the problem would correct itself, which it did. William, the serviceman on the initial call, was extremely knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem and created an estimate of what was needed to solve the problem. The two servicemen really knew what they were doing and quickly Installed the tankless water heater. The installation involved connections to the hot and cold water plumbing as well as connections to electrical and natural gas sources. The installation looks very professional. I am completely satisfied with the services of Stuart.

Great service! I had a leak in between the walls, but William was skillful enough to be able to extract the cracked pipe without having to cut into the siding and cause additional expenses. He explained the issues and the pricing in clear terms.

Water was coming up from the drains and filling both lavatories in the master bath. I was having to bail water to keep them from overflowing. Josh was quick to assess the situation; he knew exactly what was happening immediately. He explained the needed plumbing repair thoroughly. He answered all my questions and listened to my concerns. I remain impressed by his thoroughness, courtesy, and his competence.

The recent visit to service our tankless water heater was done successfully and expeditiously; both technicians were polite and quite knowledgeable. My only remorse was in the service fee: instead of a typical service fee, we were charged $324 because of the arctic frost conditions! Whereas I can understand that, it would seem that as a monthly contract customer of long duration for your many services provided, I could have been charged a standard fee vice the inflated seasonal, opportunistic increase.

I called Stuart Services and Adam A. came out to check the house. I lost power and not everything was working. In less than an hour everything was back to normal. I was glad Stuart Services was there to solve the problem. It was a very hot day but Stuart Services saved the day.

Incredible workmanship and highly professional. Contacted Stuart Services after sewerage smell in the bathroom that I have been battling for years. Several plumbing companies came out and could never isolate the problem. Technicians Bob and Jack came out and immediately located the cause and resolved the issue. 5 stars isn’t enough!

I was given a time and a phone call to let me know when the technician would arrive. Steven was very competent, explained everything, and was very nice.

William P came out to do a plumbing inspection. William found a leak in the front yard and explained how he would get the material needed and come back with another plumber to fix the leak. William asked if we had any questions or problems and we said no. He is very respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. Every time he has come out to inspect or fix a problem, he has taken the time to listen and answer our questions. I'd highly recommend him for your plumbing problems.

I was very pleased with Stuart services when they came to fix my broken air-conditioning. They were recommended to us by trustworthy sources. We called them on Monday morning to fix our AC and they had a tech here by 1:30 PM. Jordan, our tech, was great. He was able to fix our system quickly and efficiently, and I never felt like he was trying to upsell me on anything.

Their pricing is reasonable and I really appreciated their quick attention on a busy summer morning. I highly recommend Jordan and Stuart’s for your next AC repair.

Kyle was the 4th person I had come out to my house, everybody told me make a bigger return so I did and that didn’t work. Kyle topped off the refrigerant and then found no leaks and mentioned there is a restriction. Gave clear instructions and details on everything seen/noticed and worked on.
