An electrical repair for two walls of switches/ an outlet going out suddenly. I liked that Matt, and co-worker Logan, walked me thru related parts of my problem. I had not been shown I had a special circuit (with a test button). It had tripped but was not obviously out of place, so not clear to me. I learned what to watch for & had them install a surge indicator for future. To help all my systems, I signed up for maintenance each year (Stuart Services Hero Prg) to treat my house with more kindness. Matt was knowledgeable, considered many options, professional and friendly. Much appreciated! Also Logan helped with explanations, professional and friendly. Overall a 5 star experience. Thanks!
