Stuart Services first opened our doors back in 1956 with just two employees. Today, the business has grown into one of the most recognized and most awarded names in the HVAC industry here in the New Orleans area. Along the way, we have collected a number of awards and accolades as a show of our service quality and customer satisfaction. We are humbled to receive these awards, and we’re extremely thankful to the customers in our community for allowing us to do what we do and for recognizing us with awards such as these.

Expertise is a highly regarded authority on quality services for legal services, business services, and home services. They reviewed 94 plumbers that serve our community, and named our business as one of the six finest in the area.
NATE Certification
All of our technicians have been certified by North American Technician Excellence, or NATE. NATE Certification is a recognition of a higher level of skill and knowledge in the heating and air conditioning trade, and is one of the highest credentials an HVAC technician can obtain. NATE certification is rigorous, and requires extensive training, testing, and demonstration of knowledge and mastery of the heating and cooling trade. Those who receive this certification must become re-certified periodically in order to ensure they remain at the peak of their craft.

Bob showed up earlier than expected and did a great job fixing my leaky toilet! He also loaned us his extension chord so we could troubleshoot a separate issue I was having. He went above and beyond! I'll definitely give them a call if I have any plumbing issues in the future.

Chris and Ethan, diagnosed the situation with our AC system and explained what would be necessary to correct the now existing issue.
Stuart Services had previously done work that was to prevent the our current situation. Chris and Ethan were not the technicians on the prior job, although I wish they had been.
It seems to me on big jobs , there should be a follow-up by a supervisor or experienced employee with additional training in a specific area to ensure the work is done correctly.
Chris and his team were great to work with and saw our situation as priority work. Chris answered our questions and was considerate of leaving our house clean. Chris also is a source of knowledge for the technician who was working with him. Also being sure the young man was staying hydrated and able to cool off as he was working in our attic on a very hot July day.

We were concerned that we may have had an issue with our a/c after a power surge. Matt arrived less than 2 hours after our call. He did a complete evaluation of our unit, explained what happened and assured us that the problem would correct itself, which it did.
