One of our bathrooms wasn’t getting hot water, and William quickly figured out the problem and got the water nice and hot again. While he was here, he also noticed that our tub was draining very slowly. He snaked the drain and had that problem fixed in no time too.
William is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He even took the time to give my granddaughter a coloring book, which was such a thoughtful and kind gesture!
This is actually our second great experience with William. Last year, our master bathroom backed up and we had water everywhere. William came out, took care of the problem, and it has not backed up once since.
It’s hard to find someone who is not only great at what they do but also genuinely friendly and caring. We are extremely happy with the fast, dependable service and would absolutely recommend William and Steuart Plumbing to anyone. Thank you again, William! Five stars all the way!
