Zachary did a great job, explained everything he checked and what the system was /was not doing well. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

The technicians were on time and very personable. They completed the inspection in a timely manner. But the ceiling damage has yet to be repaired after 12 days of the maintenance.

Josh was knowledgeable, informative and thorough.

Bob just came out and diagnosed our leaking water heater in the artic. He sold us on a new tankless system which was cheaper than expected. We were fully going in thinking we were replacing the tank heater. If it wasn't for Bob we would never spent the extra money. He's that good people! After he came to diagnose the problem I sent him to my other property which I hmgave him full access to inside and I'm not even there. That's how much I trust Bob T. with my homes. If not for anything else use Stuart Services because Bob T. works for them.

Jordan came out the next day, identified the issue promptly, and took care of business to get us back up and running.

Matt was very thorough (not to say relentless—in the best of ways!) in investigating my ancient heating and cooling system, and VERY thorough in determining present performance and problems looming on the horizon. He explained my options and costs thoroughly and why he would recommend various choices.
Then, as he was almost ready to leave, I happened to mention to him i had just been washing dishes, and that I was frustrated that I seemed to get no hot water from any of my faucets. He explained that he wasnot certified in hotwater heater repair but had just fixed a problem with his own, and asked if I would like him to have a look at my hot water heater gratis while he was here. Sure enough, he found that the temperture option was set very low and asked if I would like him to adjust it, which I gladly accepted. He knew where to adjust the temperature, did so, and now I have hot water!! Thanks,Matthew!! Thanks Stewart Electric!

Matthew was just amazing! Not only was he courteous, but he was extremely respectful of my time. He showed up and showed out!! If you’re wondering what that means…..he came to fix the problem! Within a few minutes….he was able to tell me what the issue was and how to fix it. We talked through my options along with his recommendations…..and bam!!!!!!! I have AC!!!!! After all that was done, he was able to help me fix the issue on the long run and I am so thankful for that. Finally, he got some pics with the fur babies……maybe not so much Rex…..but he tried lol. 4-14-26 Josh completed an inspection of my plumbing, waterless tan and filter for my waterless tank. He was so thorough and educated me on how my waterless tank filter is providing me with healthy and safe water. He inspected all the plumbing in my house and provided me with a great report. I love Stuart Services and very grateful to them. I have the Hero Plan and they also inspect my electrical and AC/ heater annually. They are very prompt and care!

Bob the plumber; Lee & Clark came out to complete the HVAC inspection and Jimmy V for electrical inspection of The HERO program I purchased. They were very thorough and explained everything to me.
I purchased The HERO Program for my newly constructed home to maintain it properly. They provided important instructions for me to maintain my equipment. I honestly have to say - a real honest review from a paid customer not receiving any benefits - they all went above and beyond the call!!
