What’s Included in the HERO Program:
Central AC & Heating Tune-Ups (2 Visits/Year)
Two precision tune-ups — one before summer, one before winter — to keep your system operating safely and efficiently. Regular maintenance helps prevent up to 90% of breakdowns and can reduce utility bills by as much as 30%.
Your technician will:

We inspect and test:
- Main service panel labeling, corrosion, and overheating
- Thermal scan of main panel and breakers
- Proper grounding and bonding
- Surge protection systems
- GFCI and AFCI outlets
- Equipment fuses and disconnects
- Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors
- Damaged or exposed wiring
- Minor adjustments included at no cost
Plumbing System Tune-Up (1 Visit/Year)
A complete inspection of your home’s plumbing system, water heater, and piping. If your home has an accessible cleanout, we also include a sewer camera inspection to catch hidden issues before they become costly backups.
Your plumbing HERO will:
- Perform sewer camera inspection (if cleanout is accessible)
- Inspect main water and gas shut-off valves
- Examine water heater supply lines, relief valve, and drainage
- Check for rust, corrosion, and proper ventilation
- Test all fixtures for leaks and performance
- Inspect appliance water and gas connections
- Check water heater pan, relief line, and electrical/gas connections
- Visual inspection for active leaks and weak points
- Minor adjustments included
