Jude RaspinoJude G. Raspino, Jr. - President

Though Jude Raspino has guided Stuart Services since 1991, he has owned and operated home service businesses since 1982. As president of Stuart Services, Jude has guided the company to national recognition, earning coveted national awards such as Nexstar Select Service® in 2003, 2007 and in 2008, first place to be crowned Best of The Best.

Jude has also served on the board of directors of Nexstar Network since 2004 and was elected to the vice chair position in 2008 and 2009. Raspino has also taught several classes to Nexstar members on “Flat-Rate Pricing,” “Open Book Management,” and “Proposal Follow-Up.” He has served as a mentor to new members and is a Nexstar Ambassador, earning a place in Nexstar’s Life Changers Club.

Jude also has extensive knowledge in the service trades, having started in the electrical and air conditioning business in 1975. He currently holds State Contracting licenses for both the electrical and mechanical trades, has attended courses in “Gold Star Management,” “Business Owners School of Success” (BOSS), and “Open Book Management,” to name a few.

Jude strives to fulfill our company’s mission by instilling a culture of excellence in customer service and employee satisfaction while sustaining solid financial performance. Through ongoing company-wide meetings, social events, contests, and his “Open Door Policy,” Raspino works to foster happy employees who work in a positive atmosphere. In addition, through Open Book Management and financial-literacy training, Jude works to maintain a financially strong company that will be in business for future generations.

Jude RaspinoChristopher M. Raspino - Vice-President and General Manager

Stuart Services is proud to announce the promotion of Christopher M. Raspino from Sales Manager to Vice-President and General Manager. Christopher started in the family business in 2000 as an apprentice. He quickly navigated the path to running his own service truck as an electrician, and within a few short years, Christopher became a certified air conditioning technician. By his fourth year running his own service truck, Chris became the highest grossing salesman across all trades.

With 20 years of experience in the trades as a lead technician, lead salesman, and sales trainer, Christopher has added many certifications to his distinguished list of accomplishments. NATE, National Association of Technical Excellence, certifications in five categories, Master Electrician, State Mechanical license, and is in the process of obtaining his Master Plumber’s license.

Christopher has also pursued higher education in sales and business management. With over two dozen business seminars on topics such as Leadership, Sales, Sales Training and business management, Christopher has successfully led Team Stuart to unprecedented growth. In his first year (2020) of leadership as General Manager, Christopher has Stuart Services on a trajectory for an astonishing 35% growth.

Liane Connor - Office Manager

Liane has been a motivated member of our team since 2012. She graduated from Delgado with an Associates’ Degree in Accounting. Liane is responsible for many of the administrative functions, including payroll, accounts receivable, end of the month financials, employee benefit programs, and day-to-day maintenance of the facility. As an invaluable part of Stuart Services’ management team, Liane truly represents the essence of commitment and leadership.

Donald Hertz – Quality Control Manager

Since 1991, Donald has been the anchor of our Services and Dispatch Center. Donald graduated from Delgado on the principal’s list and earned an Associate’s Degree in Electrical Construction. He has been an electrician for over 40 years and became Quality Control Manager and Field Supervisor after Katrina. Donald juggles many tasks every day, from dispatching the service technicians to coordinating with the inspection and permit departments. He is truly the backbone of Stuart Services’ great customer service and has earned a gold star rating in customer service. He also loves Mardi Gras and flea markets.
