Jude G. Raspino, Jr. - President
Though Jude Raspino has guided Stuart Services since 1991, he has owned and operated home-service businesses since 1982. As president of Stuart Services, Jude has guided his company to national recognition, earning coveted national awards such as Nexstar Select Service® in 2003, 2007 and in 2008, first place to be crowned Best of The Best.
Jude has also served on the board of directors of Nexstar Network since 2004 and was elected to the vice chair position in 2008 and 2009. Raspino has also taught several classes to Nexstar members on “Flat-Rate Pricing”, “Open Book Management” and “Proposal Follow-Up”. He has served as a mentor to new members and is a Nexstar Ambassador, earning a place in Nexstar’s Life Changers Club.
Jude also has extensive knowledge in the service trades, starting in the electrical and air conditioning business in 1975. He currently holds State Contracting licenses for both the electrical and mechanical trades, has attended courses in “Gold Star Management”, “Business Owners School of Success” (BOSS) and “Open Book Management,” to name a few.
Jude strives to fulfill his company’s mission by instilling a culture of excellence in customer service and employee satisfaction, while sustaining solid financial performance. Through ongoing company wide meetings, social events, contest and his “Open Door Policy”, Raspino works to foster happy employees who work in a positive atmosphere. In addition, through Open Book Management and financial-literacy training, Jude works to maintain a financially strong company that will be in business for future generations.
Darren Bell - Service Manager/Vice President
Darren Bell is a native of New Orleans, graduated from Lutheran High and Delgado University with honors and earned an Associates Degree in Applied Science. Darren is a devoted father and husband with two children who brings that same level of commitment and focus to running the daily operations of Stuart Services. In fact, he has been instrumental in shaping Stuart Services into a nationally ranked home service provider.
Darren's career began in the electrical industry as a licensed electrician in the late ‘80s.
He joined Stuart Services in 1993 and quickly earned a position of leadership among his peers. In 2001, Darren was promoted to Service Manager.
Darren is a graduate of the Nexstar “Gold Star Management Academy”, and he has attended “Sales Management”, “Open Book Management” and many other business and trade courses. He is not only responsible for oversight of the service department logistics, but also administers technician training, proficiency, sales management, inventory and quality control.
Jean Anderson - Dispatch Manager
Since 1977, Jean has been the anchor of Stuart's Service and Dispatch Center. Jean juggles many tasks every day, from dispatching the service technicians to coordinating with the inspection and permit departments. She is truly the backbone of Stuart's great customer service, and has earned a Gold Star rating in customer service.
Julie Cameron - Office Manager
Julie has been a motivated member of Stuart's team since 2000. She began as a Customer Service Representative and has worked her way to a management position through dedication and continuing education. Julie is responsible for many of the administrative functions, including payroll, accounts payable, job costing, employee-benefit programs. As an invaluable part of Stuart's management team, Julie truly represents the essence of commitment and leadership.
