Stuart Services reserves the right to make corrections and/or repairs to our equipment or installation to fulfill this satisfaction guarantee.  In order to meet the satisfaction guarantee, Stuart Services agrees be held to the standards of our industry, local and national codes that govern our industry and our code of ethics.  Stuart Services will guarantee that our installation meets these criteria and that we have delivered our product as outlined in our proposal.  Stuart Services will not be held accountable for capricious or arbitrary demands or for services not listed on our proposal. Should Stuart Services elect to remove its installation and refund the purchase price, customers must sign Stuart Services’ release form authorizing Stuart Services to remove the equipment in its entirety for the Money Back guarantee to be activated.
